Keep us informed as you push the edges of composting. You've mentioned eggshell but what about, for example, coffegrinds, junk mail, hair etc.
Coffee grinds and hair both go in, as does drier lint, but junk mail goes in the paper bank at the recycling facility for now. Eventually I would like to make my own paper, but I think that if we put all the junk mail in the compost now it would overwhelm it...
